  • What is the minimum stay?

    There is a minimum reservation requirement of 2 nights.

    There is no maximum reserve requirement. Reservations are subject to availability.

     

  • How do I make a reservation?

    There are several easy steps you must follow to make a reservation:

    Use the multiple search functions to find the tent you like. Confirm availability, generate payment and voila. We are waiting for you at Casa del Roble! Or write directly to host@casadelrobleavandaro.com to generate it.

  • How do I confirm my reservation?

    You can confirm your reservation by paying the reservation deposit of 100%

     

  • Prices include taxes?

    Yes, in the price quotation you will receive, taxes will be included.

  • Do I need to open a warranty voucher?

    Yes, a guarantee voucher of $ 20,000 pesos will be requested upon arrival.

    We will retain the guarantee voucher during your stay and we will return it 3 days after your departure if there is no damage to the tent or extra charges from other contracted services.

     

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation for any notification of cancellation received up to 2 weeks before the reservation. And a cancellation charge of 100% of the total reservation for any notification of cancellation 2 weeks from the arrival date

    To obtain a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of reservation.

    If this reservation is canceled in order to suit my interests 7 days before my arrival, 100% of the same will be charged as a penalty.

  • Can I smoke in the tent?

    No. Our tents are strictly non-smoking.

  • What are the check in and check out hours?

    The entrance time to the tents is at 3:00 pm the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 pm

    Late departures will have an extra charge of one night, as long as we have availability. Properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

  • What is the maximum occupancy?

    Please note that the maximum occupancy is 6 people. You are responsible for not exceeding the maximum occupancy. You may be asked to vacate the property if you ignore this requirement.

  • Are there additional charges for gas, electricity or water?

    No, there are no additional charges for gas, electricity or water.

  • How often are the tents cleaned?

    Every day. Service is included.

  • Does the Tent have a heater?

    Yes, your Tent has heaters which are controlled by our staff for your safety. If you want to turn it on, request it with your concierge

  • Are bed linen and towels provided in the tent?

    Yes, sheets and towels are provided in all our tents.

  • What happens if I break something?

    We will do our best to try to fix or replace the items and make a decision if any charges are incurred.

    Along with the welcome letter, you will receive a copy of the tent inventory, which you can check for accuracy when it arrives.

    Each item is listed along with its replacement value. It is much quicker and easier to remedy cases of broken or damaged items if they report it to us while you are still in the tent.

    Yes, we have different activities.

  • Are there children activities?

    Yes, we have Boy Scout activities such as:

  • Do you have parking?

    We have valet parking and private parking at no extra cost for guests.

     

  • What if I need help or information during my stay?

    Our concierge will be available to answer any of your questions during normal business hours.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, pets are not allowed as we have natural fauna that we try to take care of.

  • What type of fauna?
    We have chickens, peacocks, ducks and fish.
  • Does the cabin have Internet access?
    All our tents have Wi-Fi Internet access at no extra cost

     

  • Is there hot water in all tents?

    Yes, all units have hot water systems.

  • Is Casa del Roble safe?

    We are located in a protected natural reserve with private access and 24-hour surveillance, perimeter fence and controlled access areas.
